All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. • Actions taken by cf999 in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspensions or fund holds.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

cf999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of request;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Discovery that the account was registered in breach of eligibility requirements;
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive calendar months (dormant account policy);
• At the User's own request.

Upon legitimate account closure initiated by the User, cf999 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable period. In cases of suspension pending investigation, funds will be held until the investigation is concluded.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where required to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
